Do It Online

New Online Services

The way in which prescriptions are ordered online has changed to a much improved system, called ‘Systmonline’. To use this new service, if you haven't already done so you will need to print and complete this form and return it to the Health Centre, who will provide you with a username and password. The link to access SystmOnline, whether you already have your login details or whether you need to register, is here. This new system will also allow you to book routine appointments with your named GP. To register for online services, you will need to attend your usual Health Centre with photo identification (if you do not have photo ID, you can discuss with a member of staff any alternative options available to you).

Whilst the new online system is settling in, we would be grateful if you would use the notes section to remind us if you have any special requirements such as extra medication for holiday, medication to be delivered, etc.

The system will advise you when the prescription should be ready for collection and also allow you to request an order for any medication issued to you in the last 12 months that is not on your repeat list (please note that this request may be sent to your usual GP for approval).

It will notify you if you are ordering your medication too early (please ensure you put the reason why in the notes section) and it will also inform you if you are requesting a repeat item that cannot automatically be issued without approval from your GP (e.g. if you are overdue for a blood test or medication review)

Again, please use the notes section but be advised the GP may not issue the medication. We will advise if that is the case.

If you have any queries about Systmonline, please speak to a member of our reception team.

We're completely spam compliant and we're not on any blacklists so this issue is specific to BT. We have raised this with BT many many times but have had no response. We will continue to raise it on all channels until something is done about it.'
