We are doing our very best to look after all our patients and staff during the current coronavirus pandemic. We already have a number of staff who are unable to work. As you will appreciate we are extremely busy. If your employer is asking for evidence that you suffer from a chronic disease, please do not contact us requesting a letter. If you have diabetes, asthma or COPD, please take a photograph of your repeat prescription or your medication box which should be labelled with your name and email it to your employer. This should provide sufficient evidence - a quick search on the internet will allow them to understand the medication you are taking and the reason for the prescription.
Thank you all for your support during this difficult time.
As a precaution we have suspended our online booking facility via systmone online. Please contact the Practice by phone to book any necessary appointments - we apologise for any inconvenience caused
IMPORTANT information about appointments at the Practice
Wherever possible we will be moving routine GP/Pharmacist appointments to telephone consultations instead.
If you have a procedure booked e.g. blood test, smear etc this appointment can go ahead currently assuming you are well and have no high temperature or cough.
If you need to rebook an appointment please contact reception.
There is no change to urgent “on the day” requests, these will still be triaged by a GP who will call you back.
We will continue to keep you updated as best we can.

IMPORTANT NOTICE -
UNFORTUNATELY THERE IS A NATIONAL SHORTAGE OF THE PNEUMONIA VACCINE. AS A CONSEQUENCE WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO CANCEL APPOINTMENTS FOR PATIENTS WHO HAD BOOKED TO HAVE THIS DONE. AS THINGS STAND, IT IS LIKELY THAT WE MAY NOT HAVE FURTHER STOCKS UNTIL APRIL NEXT YEAR. UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. WE WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED AS AND WHEN WE RECEIVE FURTHER UPDATES ON THIS
