**Currently, due to recruitment gaps in our GP team we are prioritising our contractual NHS work. To allow more capacity for this, the Partners have made the decision to temporarily suspend doing any private, non-contractual medicals. This decision is being reviewed regularly. We appreciate this will be disappointing to some.

If you require a private medical, please contact our Reception Team via the website contact page or by phone and they can offer further assistance.

Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:

• Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc.)
• Insurance claim forms
• Passport signing
• Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
• Private sick notes
• Vaccination certificates

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales and our reception staff will be happy to advise you about them along with appointment availability.

We require payment at the time of booking. Cash, credit/debit card (not American Express) or cheques accompanied by cheque guarantee cards can be accepted as payment.
