You can register as a patient at the surgery if you live within the area shown on the map.

In September last year we displayed information in the Practice and here, on our website, about reducing our Practice boundary to only cover Cornwall. We can now confirm that this change has taken place.

We will no longer be accepting new patients who live outside of Cornwall and any existing patients who move outside of our boundary or who currently live in Devon and change address will have to re-register at a Practice closer to them. You can visit Find a GP – NHS (www.nhs.uk) for support to do this.

Please note that every care has been taken in the preparation of information on this Postcode Mapping Tool, however there may be instances where the Postcode Mapping Tool does not include your location even though it is within our Practice Boundary. An example of this may be new housing developments where the postcodes are not yet included on Google.
