The management team is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The team supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Data and Secretarial Team Leader
June is assisted by a team of Summarisers and Data Administrators and deal with all clinical correspondence/medical records received in the Practice. They also deal with financial claims and searches involved in producing this data.
Our IT team are constantly working in the background, keeping Practice media up to date and ensuring any technical issues are resolved in a timely manner and with minimal disruption to the day-to-day running of the Health Centres.
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with our clinicians.
Our Medical Secretarial Team are always very busy behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth running of the practice referral system. They also deal with requests for medical records from patients and third parties.
