Important Request to those using our LIVI GP service

Please can we remind all patients scheduled for a GP appointment using our Livi service, to confirm their appointment in the Livi App within an hour of the practice booking the appointment. If this is not confirmed the appointment will automatically be cancelled after the hour. Also please can patients scheduled for a Livi consultation remember to cancel their appointment through the App if they are unable to attend or opt for an alternative service.

This will ensure that the appointment slot becomes available for another patient in need of an appointment . We understand that it can be challenging for patients, especially when they are unwell, to remember to cancel their appointments. However, it is crucial to emphasise that failing to do so can significantly impact both the practice and patient access to appointments. We thank you for your co-operation and understanding.
