We regretfully announce that Dr. Iain Chorlton is retiring from Tamar Valley Health at the end of October.
We wish Dr Chorlton all the very best for the future.
If he is your ‘usual’ GP, then you will be allocated a new ‘usual’ GP over the coming weeks.
Until this time, you can continue to see any of the GPs or regular locums GPs.
